Ellnora, Doing bad, and broken sandals

Hey kiddie,
So this past week-end was Ellnora:Guitar fest!! We had tickets to see Keb'Mo, (blues, man) If you don't know now you do, this Guy was off the hook!! (Ya' you know it 90's, baby!!) We had great seat too. Ya'll need to check this guy out.

I went to see that Tyler Perry movie 'I can do bad all by myself'; I'm not a Medea fan, I've seen most of her movies. But never paid to see them (hehe) It was way better than I thought it would be, really. This movie was funny and sad at the same time. You gotta see it.

So tomorrow I'm off to the Chi for the Shecky's girls nite out. I'm going shopping and I might even get to see the Harry Potter Exhibit. I bought some really cute Sandals for this wonderful occasion, but they were sooo cute I've been wearing them, well today... I was pounding the Pavement looking for another gig (job) I went to Gordmans, T.J Maxx, even office depot. A sistah gotta stay fly, so I need more money to do that. Well after all that walking and bus rinding I stumble on a rock and *snap* Cute Sandal For Chicago breaks. I know right???!! So I get on the bus back home to get the receipt to take them back. I go all the way home get receipt get back on the bus. Now that 4 buses in total if your counting. Go to Macy's and of course... that's the last pair........ yes I know...

The Mall & Me...

Hey everyone,

It's Fall and you know what??? The Sales are on..... You're on a budget that's fine cause all the summer wear is on clearance. You can get really great stuff for next summer.

I spend the day taking care of home, My guy is going outta town so I washed some clothes, packed some snacks and got a playaway(book on tape) for his trip.



Then I hitt up the Mall!! I haven't been shopping in sooo long. I went by myself and loved it!!! It's been a while, spending time with myself just made me feel great! I love me!!! hehehehe I hadn't notice I haven't had any Me-time in a long time. I was needed it, and Tae gone for 4 days. It's a good thing, we haven't spent anytime away for each other it a while. I know he needs some time from me, I can work a nerve!



While shopping I took as long as I wanted, didn't run for a bus, or have to convince someone they looked great a dress or anything totally drama free. I feel amazing.... Tomorrow I'm having a spa day, in my apt of course. Just relaxing and enjoying some time to myself. First I gotta clean the Apartment. I'mma try to go to church, don't know if I'll make it. Wish me luck! I'll let Cha know all about day 2 with Me.....
